Our Commitment
At Crystal Quinone Pvt. Ltd. (CQPL), sustainability is not an afterthought — it is a core responsibility embedded in how we manufacture, source, operate and engage with our customers, suppliers and communities. As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), CQPL is committed to aligning its strategies and operations with the Ten Principles of the UNGC on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) relevant to our business.

With more than 250 professionals and customers across the world, we recognise that the long-term success of our business depends on our ability to manage our environmental and social impacts responsibly — across our own operations and throughout our value chain.
Our Sustainability Vision
To be a responsible, transparent and continuously improving specialty chemicals manufacturer — one that our customers, suppliers, employees and communities can trust.
What We Stand For
Environment
We are committed to measuring and reducing our energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, air emissions and waste generation at both our Vatva and Sayakha sites. We maintain an annual site-level GHG inventory in line with ISO 14064-1 and calculate Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs) for our key products under ISO 14067, enabling our customers to make informed decisions about their own Scope 3 emissions. We are actively transitioning to renewable energy, with rooftop solar PV projects including an 833 kW installation commissioned at Vatva in 2026 and a 264 kW installation at Sayakha in 2025.
People and Human Rights
We are committed to the health, safety, dignity and rights of every person working at or for CQPL. We provide safe and fair working conditions, prohibit all forms of child labour, forced labour and discrimination, support freedom of association, and invest continuously in the training and career development of our workforce. Our POSH policy and grievance mechanisms ensure every employee has a voice and access to remedy.
Ethics and Integrity
We conduct all business with zero tolerance for bribery, corruption and fraud. We protect the confidential information of our customers, suppliers and employees, and maintain robust information security practices aligned with Internal National standard information security management system principles. Our whistle-blowing channel is open to all employees and stakeholders.
Responsible Supply Chain
We believe that sustainability extends beyond our factory gates. We work with our suppliers to promote responsible environmental and social practices throughout our supply chain, through our Supplier Code of Conduct, sustainability assessments and constructive supplier engagement. We are an active participant in the EcoVadis and TfS (Together for Sustainability) supplier sustainability ecosystem.
